Refunds & Returns

At Pine & Cherry, every item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because our products are made to order, our Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to ensure fairness while respecting the time, materials, and artistry that go into each creation.

Made To Order & Custom Products

All our products are Made to Order (unless Stated otherwise), designed and handcrafted especially for you. Therefore, they cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.

  • Cancellation before production: You may cancel your order before production starts for a full refund of your deposit.
  • After production begins: Once production has started, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable to cover materials and labor.

For ready-made or stock items (if available), returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method whenever possible.
  • If you paid by cash or bank transfer, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate refund method.

We carefully inspect each item before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send an email to support@pineandcherry.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Once your claim is reviewed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for compensation, as we rely on prompt notification to assess any delivery-related issues.

If you haven’t received your refund after the specified processing period:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time for your refund to be officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Support@pineandcherry.com.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized furniture and décor
  • Made-to-measure woodcraft items
  • Sale or clearance products
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery

To return an approved item, please contact us first at Support@pineandcherry.com to receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise agreed.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, if your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us to arrange a replacement or repair.
