Custom Orders

All our products are made to order. Once an order is placed and confirmed:

You acknowledge that handmade production involves artistic variation in color, grain, and texture.
Any reference images or sketches are used as creative guides; final products may differ slightly.
Production begins only after design confirmation and payment (or agreed deposit).
Lead time and delivery date will be communicated based on project complexity.

By confirming an order, you accept these conditions.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
For all orders, full payment is required to start production.
Payments can be made via our secure online payment gateway, bank transfer, or cash (for local orders).

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Production and Delivery

Custom-made items typically require a production period based on size, materials, and design complexity.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide but are not guaranteed due to the handmade nature of our work.
We deliver across Egypt via trusted courier services. Delivery charges may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, force majeure, or factors beyond our control.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, cancellations or refunds are limited:

Cancellations are accepted only before production begins.
Once production has started, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Minor differences in wood grain, tone, or texture are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to assess and approve any return or compensation request on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

All content on www.pineandcherry.com, including product designs, photographs, artwork, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of Pine & Cherry. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials or designs without prior written permission.

Custom designs made for clients may be featured in our portfolio or social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law:

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
