Order Processing and Production Time

All Pine & Cherry items are custom-made to order. Production begins once your design and order details are confirmed and your deposit has been received.

Production Time: Orders typically take between 1 to 3 weeks to be ready for Dispatch. The exact timeframe depends on the complexity of the design, material availability, and level of customization. You’ll receive an estimated completion date when you confirm your order.
Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary, estimated production time, and expected delivery schedule.
Progress Updates: We’ll keep you informed throughout the process — from design approval to final dispatch — so you know exactly when to expect your handcrafted item.

Assembly and Installation

For certain items, Pine & Cherry offers on-site assembly or installation in select regions. This service will be arranged and confirmed before delivery. Additional fees may apply depending on location and item type.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on item size, weight, and destination.
The total cost will be displayed at checkout or communicated before confirming your custom order.
Occasionally, we may offer free delivery as part of promotions or seasonal offers (announced on our website or social media pages).

We currently deliver across Cairo, Egypt.

Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted local couriers and logistics services to ensure your products are handled with care. For large furniture pieces or fragile items, delivery may be completed by our in-house delivery team for safe transport and setup.

Delivery and Inspection

Please provide accurate delivery information and contact details.
Upon delivery, inspect your package before signing the receipt.
If you notice visible damage, please take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours at Support@pineandcherry.com.

We cannot accept claims for shipping damage reported beyond this time.

Delivery Timeframes

Smaller décor items: Estimated 2–4 working days for delivery after dispatch.
Large furniture or installations: Estimated 5–7 working days for delivery after dispatch.
