Do you offer ready-made products or are all items custom-made?
Most of our creations are made-to-order and customized to your preferences. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you. Occasionally, we may offer ready-made items in limited stock. Learn more on our Terms & Conditions page.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production usually takes 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity and level of customization. Once ready, you’ll receive an update before shipping. For full details, see our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Cairo, Egypt. We do not offer international shipping at this time. You can find more information on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund of your deposit. Once production starts, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable. For details, visit our Returns & Refunds page.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review and arrange a repair, replacement, or partial refund as needed. See our Returns & Refunds page for more information.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Can I request repairs or refinishing after the warranty expires?
